Sizing, delivery and returns
Choose your nail size
XS means extra small, S small, M medium and L large. These fit labels are guides, rather than guaranteed measurements. The shape and your natural nail widths affect fit.
Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimetres with flexible tape, without pressing it flat. Record thumb, index, middle, ring and little finger for both hands in Personal touches. Sizes vary with the nail shape; if you are unsure, choose Sizing kit first. We confirm measurements before making a custom set.
Short, medium and long describe your preferred length; the exact length and any unusual sizing are confirmed with your request. A sizing kit is a preliminary fit check. If selected, the studio will confirm its dispatch and the revised delivery schedule before producing your nail set.
Cuticle care kit
Sample cuticle care kit: one cuticle oil bottle, two wooden cuticle pushers and one small soft nail cleaning brush. Gently brush clean nails, soften cuticles with oil, then use the wooden pusher gently. Do not cut or force the cuticle. Image is illustrative; bottle size and ingredients will be confirmed before order confirmation.
Delivery and pricing
Each package displays its own preparation and delivery window, normally 3–10 calendar days. Your cart uses the longest package window because packages ship together. Dates are estimates, beginning on the request date; we confirm the schedule before production. Sizing checks or changes may extend it.
Shipping is charged per package and multiplied by quantity. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Coupons reduce the product subtotal before shipping and GST/HST. Delivery province determines the GST/HST estimate. Any additional provincial tax must be reviewed before confirmation.
Return and cancellation policy
Please contact us before returning anything. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos when relevant. We will review the request and explain the available remedy and return instructions before you ship.
Custom sets are made to your confirmed design and measurements. Change-of-mind returns and exchanges of made-to-order sets are not offered. Review your shape, length, sizing and personal touches carefully before confirmation. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation before production begins; we will confirm whether it is possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund where applicable. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. For unused tools or a sizing concern, contact us to discuss the available options; do not open or use items you want to return.
We will confirm any return shipping responsibility and refund details before approving a return. No online payment is collected by this site yet.

MahyaBeauty is owned and operated by Vadood Group Inc., a company registered in Canada. Payments and GST/HST will be handled through the company account once configured.
